Abstract

This research explains that the Hanafi school of thought prefers the hadith over QIYAS at the time of conflict, and the notion that the Hanafi school of thought prefers the QIYAS over the hadith is not correct. The research further describes that if at any instance one hadith afferent contradicts the other than the correct way is to interpret each hadith in a manner that each hadith can be practiced upon. Its shows that Hanafi school of thought prefers to act upon each and every hadith rather than leaving one hadith over another. This fact is elucidated in the research with the relevant references and arguments.
